Cost Control Software collects personal data for the purposes of marketing and selling products and services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to prospects,end-users,and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Resellers and Support Centers.
Cost Control Software uses the third-party service Leadpages to collect personal data through opt-in forms on web pages hosted by Leadpages and forms available on www.costcontrolsoftware.com. The data collected in these forms is used to create a contact profile on the email marketing service Constant Contact. This data is not sold, given, or transmitted to any additional third-party services or companies.
Cost Control Software collects the following data:
• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Work Phone Number
• Job Title
• Organization or Company
Personal data is explicitly used only to contact an individual or company who has first given consent, and indicated an interest in a product or service by opting into a form.Personal data is stored until an individual requests their information be removed from the Constant Contact Database.
Individuals may unsubscribe from Cost Control Software’s marketing efforts at any time. Individuals may request to have their contact profile deleted from the Constant Contact database at any time, and Cost Control Software will ensure this request is fulfilled within 48 hours. Individuals will be given written confirmation of their completed request via email. Cost Control Software will not add any individual to the Constant Contact Database unless a request is made by an individual to be added to the database.
Individuals may request a copy of their collected data at any time. Cost Control Software will provide a complete copy of the individual’s contact profile within 48 hours.
