The purpose of Line Comments is to bring more flexible formatting to documents.  Large paragraphs of comments can be added to Quotes, Sales Orders, or Purchase Orders.

There is a new Table to enter the Line Comments so comments are not co-mingled with the other comment tables.  This also makes it easier to keep comments attached to the lines they are linked to at time of printing the documents.  (ie: Purchase Orders) 

The Line Comments are then passed to the Posted Document for a history of the original comment.

There is also a Boolean per line comment as to include or exclude on various documents. We provide a sample report and a sample Invoice for your convenience.
